Saracen Super Fibre Cubes are an easily digestible, high fibre cube, which are suitable to be fed in a variety of situations. Their high fibre formulation makes them ideal for supplementing the forage ration of horses and ponies when forage is in short supply, or of poor quality.

Saracen Super Fibre Cubes are also suitable to be fed to horses and ponies that are sensitive to dust and moulds to help maintain optimum respiratory health. They can also be soaked to produce a mash that can be easily chewed for horses and ponies with compromised dental health or even to tempt the fussy feeder or to help maintain optimum hydration in performance horses.

The low starch & sugar content makes this product a suitable diet for horses and ponies that may suffer from digestive issues as well as those with more excitable temperaments.

Ponies weighing 200 - 400 kg: 1 - 2 kg per day*

Horses weighing 400 - 600 kg: 2 - 3.5 kg per day*

Larger horses weighing over 600 kg: 3.5 - 5.0 kg per day*

*Always try to feed a minimum of 1.5% of bodyweight as good quality forage. E.g. a 500 kg horse would eat 7.5 kg of hay per day. These eed levels give the minimum and maximum feeding rates for each range of bodyweights, ie a pony of any bodyweight between 200 to 400 kg could be fed between 1 - 2 kg per day, depending on their requirements.
